Brian Moscaritolo State Farm is seeking a highly motivated, sales‑dominant Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, closing opportunities, and driving agency growth. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys turning conversations into sales while still delivering a strong customer experience.

You will work with both prospective and existing customers—conducting coverage conversations, identifying protection gaps, and recommending solutions that help families and businesses stay properly protected.

Licensing Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1 in the office

Active Life & Health license required prior to Day 1 in the office

Licensing guidance and support are provided

Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.

Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in agency growth by generating new business, conducting policy reviews, and expanding coverage within the existing book. You will manage customer relationships while maintaining a strong production mindset.

This position is best suited for someone who is competitive, confident in sales conversations, and motivated by achieving production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business through referrals, outreach, and inbound opportunities

Conduct needs‑based policy reviews to identify coverage gaps

Recommend and sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance products

Strengthen customer relationships to support retention and referral growth

Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities

Handle service needs while maintaining a strong focus on sales and production

Collaborate with team members to meet agency production goals

Prior insurance or sales experience preferred
