What You'll Be Doing

Lead and supervise AV installation teams on commercial job sites

Oversee installation of displays, control systems, speakers, racks, and structured cabling

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project drawings

Coordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, and Superintendents to keep projects on schedule

Ensure job site safety, quality control, and professional execution

Troubleshoot installation issues and support field operations

Mentor and develop Helpers, Level I, II, and III Technicians

What We're Looking For

Experience as an AV Lead Technician, Foreman, or Senior Installer

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews in the field

Solid understanding of commercial AV systems and installation standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

Experience working alongside other trades and job site leadership

Reliable, professional, and driven to succeed
