Role Responsibilities

Create high-quality motion graphics and visual effects projects using Adobe After Effects.

Review, evaluate, and critique motion design workflows and project files.

Provide detailed explanations of creative and technical decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve creative outputs and datasets.

Develop documentation, tutorials, and learning resources for animation workflows.

Assess real‑world motion design use cases and contribute domain expertise.

Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.

Requirements

Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and professional motion graphics production.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including animation, compositing, and rendering workflows.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience providing project critiques, feedback, and documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
