As a Premier Client Regional Sales Manager within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based within the PNC footprint in Florida, New Jersey, Delaware or Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Manage and direct a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
Oversee the execution of strategy.
Lead and coordinate daily activities of team members engaged in customer and/or prospect management.
Attract new customers and grow existing relationships through coaching and defined tactics.
Develop and oversee the execution of account and sales plans.
Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, operational and credit risks.
Build and maintain relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders to acquire new clients or expand existing ones.
Promote the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients.
Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
Develop team members and monitor progress against individual goals.
Motivate and develop staff, including talent acquisition and performance management.
Plan, organize, direct, analyze and evaluate staff and processes.
Connect strategy to daily operations and update the team regularly.
Coach team members in credit risk analysis and credit request leadership using advanced credit knowledge and internal policies.

Qualifications Competencies : Conflict Management; Decision Making and Critical Thinking; Effective Communications; Managing Multiple Priorities; Sales Management; Selling.
Work Experience : 8+ years industry experience; 5+ years prior management experience; moderate to large scope leadership required. A university degree is preferred; a master’s, PhD or relevant certifications desirable. A comparable combination of education, certification(s) and experience may be considered.
Education : Bachelor’s degree.
Licenses : FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
Certifications : None required.
Pay Transparency Base Salary: $100,000.00 – $239,200.00 (may vary by location and experience).
