To drive new business growth, the full-time remote Market Development Representative will manage inbound lead processing, execute outbound prospecting campaigns, and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
Key responsibilities

Review and qualify inbound leads while executing targeted outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new sales opportunities
Engage prospective customers through email, phone, and LinkedIn, and consistently follow up with inquiries and marketing-generated leads
Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead activity, outreach performance, and meeting-booking metrics

Required qualifications

Approximately 1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
Experience using prospecting tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging prospective customers
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
