CRM Manager (Dynamics 365 CE) – Direct Hire - Onsite in Johns Creek, GA
Optomi, in partnership with a leading manufacturer in the construction and building materials industry, is seeking a CRM Manager to lead the administration, enhancement, and strategic direction of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. This individual will serve as the primary owner of the CRM environment across multiple business units, driving platform governance, user adoption, system optimization, and business process improvements.

The CRM Manager will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. This role combines hands‑on platform administration and configuration with team leadership, stakeholder management, and long‑term CRM strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 environments and a proven track record of delivering impactful CRM initiatives across complex organizations.

Experience of the right candidate

5+ years of experience administering and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environments

Experience supporting large‑scale organizations with 1,000+ users across multiple business units

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 configuration including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and security models

Experience leading CRM implementations, enhancements, release management, and environment administration

Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive user adoption

Strong understanding of CRM governance, data quality, security, and role‑based access controls

Experience mentoring teams and serving as a liaison between technical and business groups

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Technical Environment: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, CRM Security & Administration, APIs & Integrations, Data Governance, Microsoft 365 Administration, Release Management, Reporting & Analytics, Power Automate, Workflows, Dashboards, User Training & Adoption
