Chamber Orchestra Director & Conductor

The University Of Chicago is looking for a UChO Director to provide artistic leadership for the University Chamber Orchestra. Responsibilities include planning concert programs, leading rehearsals, and coaching musicians. This part-time position requires about 16 hours per week and entails regular commitment during three nine-week quarters from October to May.
A college degree in a related field and conducting experience are essential. The role offers a pay range of $1,500–$1,700 per month.
