We're a design + experiential agency with a strong post-production department (editors, designers, artists, animators, CGI, etc) supporting major brand work across video, live events, presentations, and integrated campaigns. We are looking for a Digital Product Designer who leads with craft and thinks in systems. You will own digital products from brief to delivery, designing interfaces that are both highly detailed and systemically scalable. We are looking for a designer deeply committed to quality execution to join a team that holds its work to a high standard. *What You'll Do* * *Execute High-Fidelity UI: *Design polished interfaces across web and mobile platforms, establishing the visual language and interaction patterns that define each product. * *Build Scalable Systems:* Create and maintain design systems with thorough documentation, ensuring consistency and seamless developer handoffs. * *Translate Concepts: *Turn briefs and rough ideas into refined, production-ready designs with a clear strategic rationale. * *Collaborate Locally: *Work closely with creative directors, strategy, and production teams to ensure design decisions align with project goals, timelines, and technical constraints. * *Design for the Real World: *Account for responsiveness, accessibility, breakpoints, states, and edge cases. * *Set Standards: *Uphold file organization standards, naming conventions, and handoff protocols across the design team. *What We Expect You to Already Know* * The difference between a good design and a production-ready one. * How to take feedback and incorporate it without losing the core intent of the work. * How your designs get built and how to set developers up for success. * How to manage your own time and proactively flag blockers in a fast-paced agency environment. *Required Skills* * *Experience:* 5 to 7 years of experience in digital product or UI design. * *Portfolio: *A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, systems thinking, and production-ready work is required. * *Figma: *Deep proficiency including component architecture, auto layout, variables, and prototyping. * *Design Fundamentals: *Strong command of typography, grid, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy at a product scale. * *Systems Experience: *Experience building responsive design systems from scratch or significantly evolving existing ones. * *Communication: *Clear communication skills to articulate design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders. *Non-Negotiables (Read Before Applying)* This role is a strong fit for people who bring excellence to both the work and the team.
