Northeast Regional Sales Manager
Salary Range: $90,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Northeast Regional Sales Manager to sell products offered by WeatherTech while ensuring the overall satisfaction of current and new customers in Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Ohio, and West Virginia.

As a Northeast Regional Sales Manager, you will

Build and maintain a network of sources to help identify new sales leads as well as continue to grow relationships with existing customers

Generate and develop new customer accounts in order to increase revenue, through cold calling

Recommend products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs; identify and suggest products to meet those needs

Effectively present and demonstrate product functions

Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns

Maintain customer relationships to alert customers of new products or enhancements that may be of interest

Maintain a detailed report of sales activity including calls, orders, acquired business, and other vendor-related issues

Attend conferences and trade shows where applicable and as assigned

Attend company events and new product training sessions as required

Travel as required within the selected territory

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business. Related fields are preferred or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate

At least 5 years of sales related experience

Have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Possess professional and concise verbal and written communication skills as well as active listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with customers as well as other departments within the company

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Possess a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced or stressful environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office and data search/entry

Authorized to work in the United States
