Radio Korea, Southern California's #1 Korean-language radio station, is hiring an Agency Sales Account Manager to own our advertising agency and direct client relationships in the LA market.
This is a stable, independent role for someone who knows agency media inside and out — IOs, trafficking, affidavits, billing — and wants to manage an established book of business without the grind of a large media company.
What you'll do:
- Own relationships with LA-area ad agencies and direct clients
- Process IOs, coordinate trafficking, deliver airchecks and affidavits
- Handle digital reporting requests
- Coordinate on-air interview scheduling, avoiding conflicts with other programming
- Attend client networking and press events as needed
- Manage billing and collections per agency standards
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years in media sales or agency account management (radio, TV, or digital)
- Fluent in agency workflow and documentation
- Strong written and verbal English
- Detail-oriented and self-directed
- Korean language proficiency required
Comp: Base + commission | $70K+
