Starting Wage:

$17-$20 per hour plus overtime opportunities and performance bonuses

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include:

Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling
Schedule sales and service appointments
Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
Respond to website and internet inquiries
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and text messaging
Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
Maintain accurate customer information and notes in our CRM system
Coordinate with departments throughout the dealership
Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved
Track customer interactions and schedule future follow-up communications
Help create positive customer experiences that reflect our values
Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
