Pay or shift range:

$55,000 USD to $65,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

2nd Shift Production Supervisor . This position reports to Production Plant Manager and will work in Litchfield. Second shift hours are 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm.

General Responsibilities

Oversee receiving, assembly & packaging, and shipping operations for their respective shift

Responsible for production results (Order accuracy, inventory accuracy, etc.) for their respective shift

Plan work, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results

Coaching, Training and Disciplining team members on policies, processes, and procedures

Responsible for ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with safety programs

Responsible for employee’s time keeping and ensure compliance with HR Policies

Partner with Lean resources to continually improve efficiencies

Participate in additional projects as necessary

Skills & Requirements
A suitable background would be a solid experience within fast‑paced operational environments and production team leadership as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

Bachelor’s in a Business/Engineering related field preferred or equivalent work experience required

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)

3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or production work environment

ERP/MRP experience required; Fourth Shift experience preferred
