Job Summary Plans, assembles, modifies, validates, and maintains test equipment and related structural assemblies by reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and sketches. Assists engineers in operating test equipment to obtain performance data, compiles and summarizes test data, and collaborates with engineering to resolve issues. Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and provides maintenance or repairs as needed. Prepares technical drawings, schematics, and reports for electronic power distribution, HVAC systems, and resource exploration operations.
Job Responsibilities Coordinate day‑to‑day activities in specified areas.
Create and manage Order Management Systems for multiple products.
Implement and improve operating procedures under engineering direction.
Eliminate unnecessary work and enhance production floor efficiency through time studies.
Provide prototype documentation and build support.
Support the production line under engineering guidance.
Maintain accurate pricing structures.
Implement new processes for custom builds.
Assist with new product lines and updates to current production lines as directed.
Participate in post‑sales improvement planning for NAS operations.
Develop clear goals, realistic schedules, and track team performance.
Develop and conduct training plans to increase product and process knowledge.
Position Qualifications Certification from technical or trade school.
5+ years of progressive technical production experience in a related field (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in blueprint and technical document review.
Ability to guide, direct, and provide technical guidance on the production floor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internal and external.
Strong organization and multitasking skills in a deadline‑driven environment.
Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
