Job Description
Join the Comcast Technology Solutions (CTS) team to bring thrilling moments in sports and entertainment to life. As a Live Event Master Control Operator, you will help deliver seamless live broadcasts to millions of viewers utilizing advanced broadcast technology.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor broadcast systems during live events to ensure smooth transmission.

Identify and resolve technical issues in real time.

Coordinate with production teams, directors, and on‑air talent to support live broadcasts.

Monitor and adjust audio/video levels to maintain high‑quality standards.

Maintain accurate logs and documentation for each event.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Work a variety of shifts within a 24/7 broadcast team, including morning, swing, and night.

Qualifications

Some experience or education in broadcasting engineering, communications, or a related field is helpful, but not required. Comcast encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply as training is available.

Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience in live broadcast or production environments.

Skills: Broadcast Production; Master Control; Teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with broadcast automation systems.

Technical proficiency with video servers, audio consoles, and automation systems.

Certifications in broadcast engineering or related disciplines.

Familiarity with broadcasting regulations and compliance standards.

Salary & Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $25.10 – $37.65 per hour.
