Responsibilities
Support and create web design, development, production, testing and troubleshooting projects of medium to high complexity.
Design and produce a wide range of communications and products for IT applications/systems.
Recommend strategies to sharpen communications themes for IT applications/systems.
Create videos in support of training courses for virtual distribution and develop training and continuing education graphic materials.
Design and produce original illustrations, charts, schematics, placemat products, and other graphic designs, templates, and standards.
Plan, coordinate and develop graphics in support of IT applications/systems.
Develop original, innovative graphic designs, formats, templates, and standards while applying typography, color theory, design content, and aesthetics.
Design identity, iconography, artist concepts, and three‑dimensional exhibit and display designs.
Adhere to established technical production and quality control standards and guidelines; test products, including web and online, for display and operability.
Ensure quality control, graphic usability, deliverability and operability, and compliance of IT applications/systems.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or work experience.
10+ years of experience in web design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
Advanced SharePoint design and development.
Dynamic web pages, custom plugins/widgets, and CSS.
At least 3 years of experience with C#, JavaScript/Ajax, HTML5, PHP, CSS, MySQL.
At least 3 years of experience with Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Captivate, Camtasia.
Experience with Section 508/accessibility tools.
Graphic design, templates, and product design standards.
Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Desired Skills
Experience with WordPress, Confluence, and HIVE.
Additional dynamic web and custom plugin/widget experience.
