Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, and process documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear, user-friendly documentation
Manage documentation projects from planning through publication, ensuring clarity and accuracy
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of professional experience in technical writing or documentation development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
Experience developing documentation for software systems or enterprise applications
Strong writing, editing, and documentation structuring skills
