Medical Writer, Publications

To support various scientific projects, the independent contractor Medical Writer, Publications will develop high-quality content for abstracts, presentations, manuscripts, and other materials while ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with client goals.
Key responsibilities

Develop high-quality content for publications, advisory boards, and training materials
Identify challenges and implement solutions to meet productivity and quality standards
Collaborate with client services teams to plan, prioritize, and manage project timelines

Required qualifications

PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent experience
More than 2 years of experience in a medical writing role within medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry
Proficient in PubMed or other scientific/medical search websites
Proficiency with AI tools for content development while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Highly proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and familiarity with EndNote and Zoom
