Now Hiring: HVAC Duct CleanerLocation: Colfax, WAJob Type: Part-TimePay: $18 - $22/hour (based on experience)Job OverviewAckerman-Nolan Heating, Air Conditioning & Duct Cleaning is looking for a dependable and motivated HVAC Duct Cleaner to join our growing team in Colfax, WA. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help improve indoor air quality for homes and businesses by cleaning and maintaining HVAC duct systems.If you enjoy physical work, problem-solving, and providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesClean air ducts, vents, and HVAC systems using specialized equipmentInspect ductwork for dust, debris, mold, and other contaminantsRemove buildup to improve air quality and system efficiencyOperate vacuum systems, brushes, and air toolsMaintain tools and equipment in good working orderFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPECommunicate clearly with customers and team membersDocument completed work and report any issuesQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredHVAC or duct cleaning experience is a plus (training provided)Valid driver’s licenseAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areasStrong attention to detail and work ethicGood communication and customer service skillsWhat We OfferOn-the-job trainingAdvancement opportunities within the companyFriendly, team-oriented work environmentCompetenciesThis position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
