Senior Constructability Review Lead

Triangle Decon Services Inc is looking for a Constructability Review Specialist to support the pre-construction phase at Los Angeles Unified School District. This full-time role requires reviewing project documents, making value engineering recommendations, and identifying design inconsistencies.
The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience, with either an Architecture degree or a strong background as a Project Superintendent or Manager on large projects. Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Word, and MS Excel is essential.
