Growth Opportunity

Platinum Ford is looking for an experienced Accessories Manager to lead and grow our vehicle accessories department. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a department with strong support, a large customer base, and significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the accessories department

Increase accessory sales through service, sales, and customer-pay opportunities

Build and maintain vendor relationships

Manage inventory and ordering

Develop accessory packages and merchandising strategies

Train staff and create processes that drive profitability

Monitor department performance and gross profit

Qualifications

Automotive accessories management experience preferred

Strong sales and leadership skills

Experience with inventory control and vendor management

Ability to develop and execute growth strategies

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

Ford experience is a plus but not required
