Pay:
100.000 - 125.000
Job type:
Full Time

Description
Rankings.io is hiring a Paid Media & Demand Generation Manager to help build and scale the demand engine across our full ecosystem: Rankings.io, Chris Dreyer Co., PIM, and PIMCON. This is a key role in the continued growth of the company, helping turn marketing strategy into campaigns that generate qualified demand, grow pipeline, and make it clear what is actually driving revenue.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to see their ideas come to life inside a growing marketing organization. Rankings.io is not a place where marketing works in a silo. Our marketing team works closely with sales, brand, creative, web, lifecycle, SEO, events, and media as one connected revenue ecosystem, giving this role a clear view into how campaigns influence pipeline and revenue.

You’ll own demand generation campaign performance across paid media, webinars, events, landing pages, retargeting, SEO and AI search visibility priorities, and nurture handoffs. You’ll work with lifecycle, creative, web, sales, brand, and events/media to make sure every campaign has a clear audience, message, offer, conversion path, follow‑up plan, and measurable outcome.

We’re looking for someone who is excited by growth, invested in the work, and motivated by building something bigger than a single channel. The right person will be hands‑on enough to manage performance, strategic enough to improve campaigns and systems, and collaborative enough to help turn strong ideas into programs that move the business forward.

What You'll Own

Paid media performance across all channels

End-to-end demand gen campaign execution

Webinar and event demand, including follow‑up coordination

Landing page and retargeting performance

Lifecycle planning and execution with sales

SEO, organic demand, and AI search visibility priorities tied to pipeline

Campaign reporting and pipeline visibility

Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy

Translate marketing priorities into channel strategies, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Connect paid media, SEO, AI search visibility, landing pages, lifecycle nurture, webinars, and events into one coordinated demand system, and find the opportunities to improve performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.

Paid Media & Performance

Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting, including setup, targeting, budget pacing, bidding, optimization, and reporting. Partner with creative to test hooks, messaging, formats, and offers, and recommend budget shifts based on cost per qualified lead and pipeline impact.

Webinars, Events & Ecosystem Growth

Drive demand for webinars and PIMCON through paid campaigns, landing pages, retargeting, and audience development. Build campaign plans that connect the brands into a stronger ecosystem, and make sure every event and webinar lead has a clear follow‑up path.

Landing Pages & Conversion

Partner with web and creative to launch and optimize campaign landing pages. Monitor form, CTA, and traffic quality, and run tests on messaging, structure, offers, and conversion paths so every campaign has a clear destination and next step.

Lifecycle & Nurture Handoff

Partner with lifecycle and sales to strengthen how marketing supports people across the full journey, from initial interest through ongoing engagement. Help identify opportunities to improve nurture, follow‑up, re‑engagement, retention, and customer growth as the lifecycle function continues to evolve. Ensure campaigns connect into the right next step based on audience, intent, and business opportunity.

SEO, Organic Demand & AI Search Visibility

Lead SEO and AI search visibility priorities as part of the broader demand plan. Partner with the SEO Specialist to connect organic search, AI Overviews, LLM‑driven discovery, service pages, case studies, and campaign landing pages to pipeline goals. Prioritize work by search intent, conversion value, and the clarity of website content for both prospects and emerging AI search experiences.

Team & Cross‑Functional Management

Provide day‑to‑day management across demand generation priorities, set clear KPIs, support workflows, and manage timelines and handoffs across lifecycle and SEO. Report clearly on what is working, what is not, and what should change next. Escalate strategic recommendations, resourcing needs, and major budget decisions to marketing leadership.

How Success Is Measured

Qualified inbound leads and cost per qualified lead

Pipeline created and influenced

Landing page conversion rate and paid media efficiency

Webinar registrations, attendance, and follow‑up conversion

Event lead generation and pipeline influence

SEO and AI search visibility growth tied to business outcomes

Lead‑to‑opportunity conversion

Clarity of reporting and cross‑functional alignment

Manage paid media, content syndication, and ABM programs across the funnel, from campaign planning and creative input through daily optimization, reporting, and pipeline attribution.

Bring clear thinking to every initiative and be accountable for measurable impact across qualified demand, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

Help evolve our B2B paid media approach across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, retargeting, and emerging channels, with a clear rationale for how each investment supports demand generation and pipeline growth.

Plan and execute ABM programs that engage priority accounts and target verticals, leveraging intent signals, firmographic targeting, paid media, retargeting, and relevant placements.

What We're Looking For
You've led demand generation or performance marketing in a B2B, agency, SaaS, professional services, or high‑consideration sales environment. You're comfortable in the ad platforms, and you think well beyond them. You understand how campaigns, landing pages, webinars, events, nurture, SEO, AI search visibility, and sales follow‑up combine to create pipeline. Strategic enough to build the plan, hands‑on enough to manage performance, collaborative enough to lead across teams.

Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform

Experience supporting webinars, conferences, or event‑based demand

Experience across multiple brands, sub‑brands, or audience segments

Strong grasp of landing pages, lead capture, UTMs, CRO, and campaign reporting

Understanding of SEO, organic search, and how website content supports discoverability across search engines and emerging AI search experiences

Ability to tie marketing activity to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue

Strong analytical skills and comfort reporting on performance data

Experience partnering with sales, creative, web, lifecycle, SEO, and events teams

Experience managing or coaching direct reports, in a player‑coach capacity

Strong project management skills

Ability to operate with significant autonomy — you've been the most senior expert in your function before and you know how to stay accountable without heavy oversight

You document your work, communicate proactively, and build in a way that doesn't create single points of failure

Google Ads and Analytics certification is a plus

Legal marketing or another high‑consideration category is a plus
