Associate Account Executive
The Associate Account Executive (AAE) provides sales support for Account Executives (AE) within Disney Entertainment. As the right hand of the AE, the AAE focuses on growing revenue by generating new business, retaining existing clients, and expanding opportunities across both multimedia and addressable products in the Disney portfolio, which includes ABC, Disney, ESPN, Hulu, Freeform, FX, Nat Geo, and domestic broadcast television networks.
All AAEs are empowered to drive both addressable and multimedia revenue, with the allocation of focus guided by local management. The AAE is expected to understand key sales drivers for the total business (multimedia & addressable) and will drive accountability and clarity of account ownership within customer relationship management platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for both the AE and AAE.

Coordination with ad opportunities on liability and campaign delivery is critical to ensure revenue is recognized. The AAE also checks that plans are booked in the system, confirms schedules, aligns on CPMs, and ensures all sponsorship elements are executed.
Post‑Sales : The AAE works alongside the AE to ensure that renewals are likely and that the client will continue to do business with DMED. Responsibilities include coordinating with the sales communication and marketing teams on all recap sites/decks, as well as with research on custom studies, EDO results, or reporting.
