Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the hard goods sector.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to enhance performance.
Identify and establish relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective promotional campaigns and product positioning.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Conduct regular market visits to engage with customers and understand their needs and feedback.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with retail partners to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales management, specifically in hard goods wholesale within mass and full-price retail.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the retail space.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to develop relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales forecasting and budgeting.
