Video editing and marketing assistant

Responsibilities
Marketing: Getting brand-new products off the ground and selling.

Filming: Help set up and operate camera equipment during shoots, ensuring smooth and professional recording.

Video Editing: Edit YouTube videos to align with our creative vision, including cutting footage, adding effects, and ensuring high-quality output.

Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing our presence on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook by creating and posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.

Creative Input: Brainstorm new ideas for ads, videos, thumbnails, and social media posts.

Guinea pig: Try out products and let us know how to improve them.

Qualifications
Drive and Initiative: A self-starter attitude with the motivation to learn and grow.

No professional experience required—just a willingness to teach yourself and pick up new skills. This company is a meritocracy.

Passion for Creativity: A genuine interest in marketing, video production, storytelling, and social media.

Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, online marketplaces, video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to sell in-person, collaborate effectively, and contribute ideas.

Venture capital experience a huge plus.
