What You'll Do:

Guide prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move‑in

Build relationships and provide personalized solutions based on each prospect's needs

Conduct community tours and educate prospects on senior living options

Manage leads, follow‑up activities, and sales opportunities within the CRM system

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless move‑in experience

Represent Wesley Willows at community events and outreach opportunities

Work toward occupancy and move‑in goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What You'll Need:

2+ years of sales or case management experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills

Must be at least 21 years of age
