Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Smart Card

As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Smart Card planning and ongoing growth for the product and its product features. You will deliver a strong marketing plan and work across product marketing, product, tech ops, creative, data science, and business leads to deliver shared business OKRs.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to drive card account opens, funding, card activation, and ongoing spend.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, product marketing, and business unit leadership, to align marketing efforts with product and business goals.
Plan personalized multi‑channel (email, push, in‑app, and SMS) lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive ongoing spend, rewards redemption, and upsell.
Design and deploy educational content strategies that help members build their credit profile through responsible use of their secured Smart Card.
Manage a rigorous experimentation roadmap for full‑funnel program performance, analyze campaign performance, and optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators.
Drive campaign automation and personalization, leveraging audience and performance insights to build and optimize high‑performing always‑on campaigns.
Report on lifecycle channel, campaign, and program performance, sharing insights with marketing and business leadership.
Collaborate with the data science team to develop reporting frameworks, track marketing performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Direct campaign priorities with Lifecycle Marketing Tech Ops.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a technical field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of direct‑to‑consumer lifecycle management experience including email, in‑app, push, and SMS.
Proven track record of driving lifecycle marketing strategy with expertise in new growth through cross‑sell and upsell, new member onboarding, and retention activities at scale.
Strong analytical chops with experience using various testing methodologies.
Experience directing creative decisions for lifecycle marketing and conducting rigorous testing of value propositions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience presenting channel strategy and campaign results to cross‑functional partners and executive leadership.
Experience working in a regulated industry (FinTech or Wealth Management) highly preferred.
Experience leveraging AI‑driven insights or machine learning models to enhance audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Nice to Have
MBA or other advanced degrees.
Previous finance, tech, or brokerage industry experience.
