Description
The Marketing Operations Specialist drives the day-to-day execution and operational coordination of marketing activities. You act as the hub for project management, intake, and delivery, ensuring campaigns and communications run on time and with consistency. This role brings structure to marketing operations, improves internal service levels, and supports scalable execution across member, B2B, and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own project management across all marketing workstreams

Manage intake process, help prioritize work, and provide internal customer service

Ensure deadlines, handoffs, and deliverables stay on track

Help maintain consistency across templates, tools, and processes

Manage distribution lists, QA, scheduling, and sends

Support campaign execution across member, B2B, and internal communications

Coordinate and execute internal communications, employee announcements, leadership messages, and organizational communication initiatives

Administer brand enablement platform (Marq) templates, permissions, and usage

Coordinate print and swag production (vendors, quotes, ordering)

Maintain marketing asset libraries

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across campaigns, channels, and team initiatives

Support social media scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting across company channels

Maintain marketing documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

3–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or project management

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience with marketing automation tools, email platforms, and CRM systems

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar)

Experience supporting campaign execution across digital, email, and print channels

Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting marketing performance data across campaigns and channels

Strong attention to detail, especially in QA, formatting, and brand consistency

Experience coordinating with external vendors (print, swag), agencies)

Strong organizational skills, with experience maintaining asset libraries and documentation

Clear written and verbal communication skills
