Line Producer (Freelance)

Team Win is looking for an experienced Line Producer to work with our fast-growing team on a contract basis.

This is an exciting position that blends the best of the advertising world with hands‑on production leadership, from pre‑production planning through final wrap. The Line Producer will be responsible for owning the logistical and financial backbone of productions, keeping shoots running on time, on budget, and on brief from kickoff through delivery.

You will be working with a best‑in‑class team of directors, creatives, and strategists, and will be tasked with bringing sharp operational instincts and a calm, solutions‑first attitude to every project.

Responsibilities

Own the full production lifecycle from pre‑production through wrap, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics

Build and manage production budgets across a range of project sizes, from lean social shoots to larger multi‑day commercial productions

Manage on‑set operations day‑to‑day, including call sheets, vendor coordination, permitting, location scouting, and talent logistics

Translate creative vision into practical production plans without losing the integrity of the idea

Negotiate with vendors, locations, and talent to protect the budget without compromising quality

Manage crew hiring across union and non‑union labor, and maintain strong relationships with freelance crew in LA and beyond

Communicate clearly and proactively across creative, account, and client teams to keep all stakeholders aligned

Identify and solve production challenges quickly, bringing solutions rather than problems to the table

Qualifications

10+ years of production experience in a commercial, branded content, or advertising environment

Proven track record managing productions across a range of content types: hero brand films, social content, creator‑led shoots, and multi‑platform campaigns

Deep knowledge of crew roles and union
on‑union labor requirements

Strong existing relationships with freelance crew in LA and beyond

Experienced with permitting, location scouting, and vendor negotiation

Proficient with production management tools and platforms; highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

Comfortable with performance‑driven and social‑first productions in addition to traditional broadcast

Strong communicator and calm under pressure

Based in or around Los Angeles, with the ability to travel for production as needed
