Summary
We have an exciting internship opportunity in our group. This position collaborates and works with different roles within ITS, including Business Analysts, Business Process Analysts, Project Managers, Information Architects, and Systems Administrators. The intern will gain valuable ITS and business skills and establish networking opportunities at SRP.

Work Schedule
The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department’s needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.

Hours are scheduled during Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM

We are willing to work around class schedules

Hybrid work environment available (In-Office and Home)

Responsibilities
Our group supports solutions for managing digital assets (audio, image, video, etc.), web sites (html pages, images, page assets), and engineering drawings (MicroStation and AutoCAD). As part of our team, a successful candidate will:

Participate in customer support on supported systems.

Participate in Business Activity analysis.

Prepare content for migration into the supported systems.

Test the solutions for the business unit.

Coordinate and track user acceptance testing (UAT). Participate in UAT error mitigation.

Education
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Basic understanding of the practice of information management within a corporate setting

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with clients and colleagues

Deals well with ambiguity and is comfortable in a fast paced and evolving work environment

Results oriented

High degree of learning agility

Team player

Capable of taking abstract concepts and making them more concrete

Highly organized

Must be experienced in troubleshooting issues

Hybrid Workplace
SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
