Be the Dutch-speaking voice behind one of the world's most used travel platforms. On the Booking.com project, you'll support customers through calls and emails — resolving issues, logging everything properly, and keeping satisfaction levels high. If you're sharp, solution-oriented, and want to build your career in an international environment in Athens, this is the move.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers

Accurately logging all interactions in the customer service database

Resolving complaints and escalating following company policy

Troubleshooting using internal tools and support documentation

Consistently hitting SLA targets

Identifying recurring issues and flagging patterns

What We're Looking For

Fluent Dutch (C2) — non-negotiable

English

High School Diploma minimum

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset

Comfortable with rotating shifts including evenings
