To drive strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Corporate Development will manage quantitative analysis for product expansion, partnerships, and M&A, while also leading market intelligence efforts to inform senior leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop data-driven business cases and decision-making frameworks for strategic initiatives
Lead competitive intelligence efforts and synthesize market research to identify trends and opportunities
Support end-to-end corporate development activities, including target identification and transaction execution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or strategy
Proven ability to build rigorous business cases and prioritize strategic initiatives
Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
Experience in market research and competitive intelligence, with familiarity in leveraging AI
