The Las Vegas Aviators are the longest enduring franchise in professional sports history in Nevada and are in their seventh season as the Triple‑A affiliate of the Athletics. The team plays home games at Las Vegas Ballpark in the master‑planned community of Summerlin, Nevada.

Job Overview
The Account Executive, Ticket Sales is responsible for driving revenue through the sale and service of season tickets, club seats, suites, and hospitality packages for the Las Vegas Aviators games and other events at Las Vegas Ballpark. This role offers a dynamic entry into the sports industry, with opportunities to learn ticket sales best practices and develop relationships with the local business community. The candidate will engage with the community to drive sales while upholding the organization’s standards of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities

Drive ticket sales by actively promoting and servicing season tickets, club seats, suites and hospitality packages.

Prospect new leads through networking, internet research, cold calling and relationship‑building to reach local business owners and leaders.

Meet and exceed assigned season and yearly sales targets, including revenue goals and productivity metrics.

Provide high quality customer service, encouraging repeat business.

Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement innovative sales programs that create long‑term business relationships and revenue growth.

Ensure accurate customer data management through Ticketmaster Archtics and Score CRM to streamline communication and service.

Act as a brand ambassador for the Aviators in the Las Vegas community, upholding our values of professionalism and enthusiasm.

Day‑to‑Day Duties

Engage with new and existing customers by conducting calls, attending meetings, and developing proposals.

Conduct regular outreach through cold calls and emails to generate new leads and promote ticket packages.

Collaborate with team members to enhance sales programs and marketing initiatives that drive community engagement and ticket sales.

Maintain detailed customer records and transaction logs, ensuring accuracy and easy access to client information.

Attend Aviators games and events, supporting game‑day operations as needed and interacting with clients to strengthen relationships.

Track and analyze sales performance to adjust approaches for improved results.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

At least two years of sales experience, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a personable, energetic, and customer‑service‑focused attitude.

Ability to contribute to a high‑energy team environment and establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Ticketmaster Archtics and Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Strong time management and organizational abilities, with an aptitude for multitasking and meeting strict deadlines.

Highly driven and proactive with the ability to take initiative and assume leadership during events.

Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Compensation
$35,000 - $45,000 + commissions and 5% bonus.
