Conscious Minds is an independent creative agency that helps brands establish a more human connection between brands and their audiences. We have offices in Pasadena, CA, and Portland, OR, and offer a remote‑first work environment to our employees. Our clients include Apple, Mars Petcare, Meta, Nike, Oakley, Starbucks, Uber Eats, Vans, Yahoo, and Zillow.
We’re a people‑first work culture, big on community, trust, transparency, and respect for one another. We operate as an integrated team from Strategy through Production, and everything in between.
We are currently looking for a full‑time Senior Integrated Producer.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Senior Integrated Producer, you will lead the end‑to‑end production and execution of content programs, campaigns, and creative initiatives across social, creator, and digital platforms. Acting as the connective tissue between clients, creative teams, production partners, and talent, you will drive projects from brief through delivery while ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and seamless execution.
This is a highly production‑focused role. We’re looking for someone who understands how content gets made—from concept development and pre‑production through shoot execution, post‑production, delivery, and distribution. You should have experience producing content at scale across social, creator, and digital ecosystems, with a strong understanding of platform‑specific content, audience behaviors, and modern production workflows.
You’ll partner closely with strategists, creatives, editors, creators, and clients to build integrated content programs that move quickly while maintaining a high creative standard. Whether overseeing a creator partnership, social content series, brand campaign, or live production, you’ll be responsible for keeping teams aligned, anticipating challenges, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate has experience producing content for brands, creators, entertainment properties, media companies, or digital‑first organizations. You understand how content lives across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, and you bring a strong understanding of production planning, content operations, post‑production workflows, and cross‑functional collaboration.
We’re looking for a producer who thrives in fast‑moving environments, proactively solves problems, creates structure from ambiguity, and consistently drives projects forward. You don't simply manage timelines—you shape outcomes, anticipate needs, and help elevate both the work and the client partnership.
