About Eden
Buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest milestones - yet conveyancing can still feel complicated, slow and unclear. Eden is changing that. We’re building a digital-first experience powered by exceptional people, designed to make everything simple, clear and fast. We're at an exciting stage in our journey. Today we're a team of around 30 people. Over the next two years we expect to double in size as we continue to scale our technology, operations and customer experience functions. To support that growth, we're looking for a commercially-minded People & Talent Manager to own and evolve our people agenda.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact standalone role at a pivotal stage in Eden's growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead all aspects of people, talent and culture across the business. You'll be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining exceptional people while building the structures, processes and ways of working that will support Eden as we scale.
This is not a role for someone who wants to specialise in one area of HR. Nor is it a role for someone who relies on a large HR team to deliver. We're looking for someone who enjoys operating independently, taking ownership and driving outcomes.
You'll need to be equally comfortable discussing organisational priorities with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team as you are personally delivering recruitment campaigns, supporting with people issues, improving systems and building scalable processes.
The successful candidate will combine strong HR fundamentals with excellent recruitment capability, commercial judgement and a builder operator mindset. You'll enjoy creating structure where needed, solving problems pragmatically and helping a growing business navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with scaling. This role offers significant visibility, influence and autonomy, alongside the opportunity to grow with the business as Eden continues its ambitious expansion.
