Partner closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and external vendors to execute high-quality creative work with precision and consistency

Help maintain consistency across brand systems, templates, and production standards

Manage and organize large volumes of creative assets and files across multiple campaigns and timelines

Ensure final deliverables meet brand, production, and technical standards before release

Support production workflows across menus, packaging, signage, retail materials, digital campaigns, social content, email, and web assets

Troubleshoot production challenges and proactively identify solutions before issues arise

What You’ll Bring:

3–5 years of experience in production design, preferably within an agency, in-house creative team, or brand environment

Strong understanding of print production, digital asset preparation, and file management best practices

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Highly detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and production instincts

Comfortable both executing production tasks and supporting broader creative development

Graphic design sensibility and experience a strong plus

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Curiosity around emerging AI tools and how they can support creative and production workflows

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment

Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
