Key Responsibilities

Develop data‑driven stories about social media performance, translating insights into content strategy recommendations.
Track and interpret social media KPIs across all platforms, providing regular performance reporting to team members and brand stakeholders.
Conduct in‑depth analysis of social media campaigns, producing reports that surface ROI, audience behavior patterns, and content effectiveness with actionable recommendations.
Use advanced analytics tools and statistical methods to identify trends, define consumer cohorts, and deliver data‑driven guidance for program optimization.
Perform competitive analyses and benchmark reporting against industry standards and competitors.
Generate regular sentiment analysis reports tracking brand health, share of voice, and consumer perception across social platforms.
Collaborate with social media, brand teams, and Insights & Analytics team to establish meaningful performance metrics and goals, ensuring measurement frameworks are applied consistently across campaigns.
Partner with agency teams to support content performance tracking and integrate measurement into holistic reporting deliverables.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform innovations, emerging formats, and new channels, including Generative AI, translating observations into timely, strategic recommendations.
Monitor social listening signals across platforms, mining comments and identifying category‑relevant opportunities and cultural moments that could inform agile content responses.
Leverage platform partnerships to gain audience insights and optimize channel approach.
Identify novel opportunities for consumer engagement and brand relevance through ongoing listening, trend analysis, and platform research.
Support the agile content production framework by providing data‑backed cultural context and platform insights to internal creators and agency counterparts.
Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, data analytics, communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant social media role.
Experience with Sprinklr required.
Background in social media measurement and reporting across organic, paid, and earned/influencer marketing, with a track record of turning data into actionable recommendations.
Deep understanding of the social media landscape, platform algorithms, and content performance signals for strategic optimizations.
Proficiency with native social platforms.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives for non‑technical audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to inform and influence stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority.
Demonstrated ability to monitor trends and translate cultural and platform signals into timely, strategic recommendations.
Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
Experience providing insights for large brands and/or national campaigns is a plus.
Experience within an agency environment is a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: 87,760 – 103,680 USD. Base pay range for a fully qualified hire is provided above for US locations only. Pay will vary based on location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
