Leading Sephora Beauty Brand is seeking a Product Development Manager / Senior Manager to join the team on a short-term freelance basis with an immediate start. This person will bring strong experience across product development, project management, and/or packaging development, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while partnering cross-functionally to move projects from concept through execution.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage product development and/or packaging development projects from kickoff through launch
Own timelines, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional communication
Partner closely with internal teams including product development, packaging, creative, marketing, and operations
Help ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with business priorities
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed throughout the development process
Troubleshoot issues, identify risks early, and proactively recommend solutions
Support multiple workstreams at once while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
Bring a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to a team that needs someone who can ramp up quickly
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in project management, product development, and/or packaging development
Prior experience in color cosmetics strongly preferred
Open to candidates from the broader beauty or CPG space
Strong understanding of timelines, approvals, and cross-functional development processes
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Ability to start ASAP and step into a fast-moving environment with minimal ramp-up time
Schedule & Location

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Monday and Tuesday are required in-office days
