What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping grow our presence throughout the Williston Basin.

Responsibilities

Managing customer relationships and supporting spare parts and service needs related to mud pumps.

Promoting Premium's full portfolio of products and services.

Developing business strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.

Generating quotes and providing weekly KPI and forecast reporting.

Coordinating with sales, service, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

Monitoring inventory requirements and service standards.

Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure exceptional support.

Supporting safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.

Traveling throughout the region as needed to support customers and business growth.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Aftermarket Sales, or Management

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel as needed
