Senior Program Manager – Fire Suppression NPI

Location: Cranston, RI (hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
What You Will Do

Responsible for coordinating and executing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for fire suppression products. Oversee all project facets, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and prepare comprehensive status reports for upper management.
Maintain relationships across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management, and marketing teams. Escalate issues appropriately, share best practices, mentor peers, and advocate the brand.
Key Responsibilities

Strategically plan and accomplish project objectives.
Prepare and present project status reports.
Manage timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams.
Escalate issues and drive resolution.
Mentor and support team development.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in electronic product design and new product introduction within a manufacturing context.
8+ years of program management experience with proven track record.
Proficiency with project management practices (e.g., PMBOK, PMP).
Experience with product launch processes.
Proficiency with Visio.
Preferred: PMP certification; experience in fire protection industry.
US Citizen or permanent resident (no sponsorship).
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $120,000 – $140,000. Eligible for bonus plan and a competitive benefits package.
