Job Responsibilities

Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
Carpentry
Drywall repair
Painting
Tile work
Basic plumbing and electrical
Job Duties

Meets the criteria of an AHS lead man plus other key attributes as described above.
Coaching Responsibilities

Diagnose, assess, and direct other craftsmen over the phone (DAD)
Oversight of the execution of the AHS system in the field
Certified in the application of products such as WEDI, Onyx, and Hale Pet Doors, and in LEAD Safe protocols
Responds well to difficult situations
Qualifications

5+ years of Master Craftsman experience
Own truck or van and tools
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Collaborative, optimistic, reliable
Knowledgeable in multiple trades
