Description
We are looking for an L4 TS/SCI‑cleared Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement programs that familiarize internal and external customers with Source’s capabilities and services.

Assess communications metrics and data to inform strategic communications decisions.

Develop, edit, and deliver briefings, project and concept plans, speeches, talking points, and executive‑level communication products (e.g., corporate correspondence, white papers, position papers).

Issue memoranda, briefings, design documents, and other required communications.

Edit and submit the Source Directorate WAR as needed.

Plan, design, administer, standardize, coordinate, and deliver communications that support the business process.

Required Skills and Experience

11‑14 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Demonstrated experience assessing communications metrics and data to support senior decision makers at the executive level.

Experience leading task team efforts.

Experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.

Experience presenting oral and written communications to diverse audiences.

Experience providing strategic‑level decisions in a team environment.

Proficiency with PC platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite and standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint‑based websites.

Security Clearance Requirement

Active TS/SCI clearance, with willingness to take and pass a CI Polygraph.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $96,500+ (based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements). Job Number: TO1_SBE-CC-004-05.
