A dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneur in the real estate space is seeking a highly capable Part-Time Social Media Manager with strong Executive Assistant instincts. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who is both creatively driven and operationally sharp—able to build and execute a compelling digital presence while also supporting day-to-day CEO needs. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking self-starter with a startup mindset, high integrity, and a strong sense of ownership. There is a significant opportunity for growth as the role and brand expand.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Substack, and emerging platforms
Create compelling, on-brand content including copy, visuals, and short-form video
Manage content calendars, posting schedules, engagement, and analytics
Support CEO with light executive assistant tasks, including organization, follow-ups, and workflow optimization
Build and maintain systems for outreach, automation, and content distribution
Utilize tools such as Claude, Canva, and AI platforms to streamline and elevate output
Requirements
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling ability
Strong design sensibility and experience with Canva (or similar tools)
Proficiency with AI tools and automation workflows
Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
Must be highly savvy in tech/social media
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a startup environment
Ability to balance creative execution with operational follow-through
Must be proficient in Notion and Zoom
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: 20–30 hours/week to start (10am–3pm or 11am–4pm preferred)
Expected to scale to full-time in the coming months (Q3 ramp)
$35–40/hour
Location
Westside Los Angeles (in-person preferred)
