Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship‑building within the local market

Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate lending solutions

Review and analyze title reports or surveys to identify potential risks

Structure and negotiate loan terms that are mutually beneficial

Ensure clients understand loan conditions and terms

Monitor delinquent accounts and determine appropriate action

Deliver high‑level client service while creating value for both the client and the bank

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the lending process

Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes

Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of commercial lending or related experience

Demonstrated success in business development and loan origination

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial statements

Familiarity with the local market and economic environment

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
