Role Overview
Catherine Best is a respected and growing luxury jewellery brand, rooted in fine craftsmanship and a genuine sense of place. We are looking for an Influencer Marketer and Creative Coordinator to join our in‑house marketing team, based in Guernsey. This is a hands‑on, part‑time, ownership‑led role sitting at the centre of our influencer programme and supporting creative production across photoshoots and video content.

The right person brings at least two years of proven influencer marketing experience: outreach, relationship building, campaign execution and performance reporting. Alongside this, a practical understanding of shoot production will be essential and confident video editing skills a bonus. The right person is strategically minded and creatively driven, equally at home negotiating a creator brief and selecting pieces for a campaign shoot.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing — Primary Focus

Lead the influencer marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing

Own the end‑to‑end influencer process: research, outreach, briefing, contracting, gifting, content approval and delivery

Identify and build relationships with creators who genuinely reflect the values and aesthetic of Catherine Best

Maintain an active, curated roster of influencer partners across relevant tiers, from micro to established voices

Manage influencer content calendars, ensuring deliverables align with campaign timelines

Track and report on influencer campaign performance, content output and ROI, presenting insights to the Head of Marketing

Stay informed on platform developments, creator trends and emerging voices relevant to the luxury jewellery and lifestyle space

Support the development of paid partnership frameworks and gifting programmes

Photoshoots & Creative Production — Secondary Focus

Source, brief and book models for campaign and content shoots

Select and prepare jewellery for shoots, ensuring every piece is presented to the highest standard

Coordinate shoot logistics: schedules, call sheets, locations, props and styling

Support on set throughout shoot days as a key point of contact

Video & Digital Content

Edit video content from shoots for use across social, digital and campaign channels

Adapt and reformat assets for different platforms, Instagram, TikTok, web and paid

Help organise, tag and manage the wider visual content library

Campaign & Wider Marketing Support

Contribute creative ideas for social content, influencer activations and seasonal campaigns

Assist with copywriting across social, email and web where needed

Support in‑store and external events when required

Help manage shoot schedules, timelines and the wider marketing calendar

Liaise with external suppliers and partners as needed

Skills & Experience
The following are required for this role:

2+ years of demonstrable influencer marketing experience, outreach, relationship management, campaign execution and performance reporting

A proven track record of building and managing creator partnerships, ideally within fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or luxury

Experience managing influencer gifting programmes, paid partnerships and content briefing

Confident video editor, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

Hands‑on experience supporting or running photoshoots, including model coordination, jewellery or product preparation, and on‑set logistics

Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with creators, models, photographers and external partners

A genuine eye for styling, composition and brand aesthetics

Copywriting ability with a clear understanding of brand tone

Proactive interest in adopting AI solutions to streamline systems and support smarter, more efficient ways of working

Advantageous

Interest in fine jewellery, fashion or luxury brands

Experience with influencer management platforms or analytics tools

Video shooting skills are welcomed
