General Summary
Under general supervision, the Creative Development Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to the Creative Development team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of public-facing creative development projects and contributes to the success of various initiatives, including the Milestones & More child development play kits, IDEAL Academy digital training platform, and Creative Bridge's full-service print shop.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Within a team structure, this position will perform the following responsibilities:
Administrative Support (40%)
Finance and Budget Support (30%)
Project Coordination and Collaboration (20%)
Data Management (10%)
Job Specifications
Minimum Required
Education : High School diploma or equivalent
Experience : 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a Communications team.
Technical Requirements : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual Required : N/A
Travel : Some travel/business related driving required. Staff may choose any mode of transportation to arrive at and depart from the location where attendance is required. Driving requires approval and compliance with insurance, driver's license, and DMV clearance.
Work Schedule : Full-Time, Hybrid. Monday‑Friday standard working hours with ability to work non‑traditional schedules including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Work Environment : Combination of office and warehouse environments with moderate noise levels.
Background & Health Clearance Requirements
Live Scan Clearance / DOJ Fingerprinting : For positions working directly with the public in a child/community care setting.
Health Clearance : For positions working directly with the public or with at‑risk populations.
MVR / DMV clearance : For positions where driving is required.
Child Development Permit : For positions working in an educational capacity.
CPR / Pediatric CPR certification : For certain identified positions working directly with the public.
Federal Debarment Checks : For positions acting in a principal capacity to federal funds.
Credit & Bankruptcy Check : For positions with fiscal responsibility.
Preferred
Education : Bachelor's preferred.
Bilingual : Ability to converse, write, and/or translate in English and Armenian or Spanish.
