Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented

Junior Account Specialist

to support premium collection and payment processing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high‑volume environment and takes pride in accuracy, problem‑solving, and excellent service.

Status:

Full-Time, Hourly

Reports to:

Senior Manager, Production (Annuities)

Responsibilities

Process premium payments and related transactions accurately and efficiently

Perform data entry, research discrepancies, and support payment application activities

Create written and verbal correspondence and maintain production reports

Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and accurate service

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required, with relevant experience in data entry, processing, billing, finance, banking, or insurance

Insurance experience is a plus

Strong attention to detail, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to meet or exceed processing production metrics with accuracy
