Overview
In-the-field coaching with BDRs and AEs; real-time feedback. Own onboarding ramp and 30/60/90 ramp milestones. Leverage AI for coaching, call prep, and content creation. Optimize GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, outbound) and create guides. Shadow new hires and deliver ramp milestone feedback.
Requirements
3–6 years in sales enablement, coaching, or high‑performing IC
Experience with BDR and SMB/mid‑market AE teams
On‑the‑floor coaching; energized by time with reps
Strong knowledge of Salesforce; Gong experience a plus
Hands‑on experience using AI tools in sales (Claude, ChatGPT)
Able to move fast in a startup environment
LA‑based; in‑office 3 days per week
