Director of Player Personnel & Video – Men’s Ice Hockey
Position Summary

This position facilitates the day-to-day needs of the Men’s Ice Hockey Team. It assists the coaching staff with recruiting, events, planning, and administrative tasks. It oversees all video needs for the coaches, helps market and sell the program to potential recruits, and serves as a liaison among alumni, boosters, students, academics, community service organizations, and other stakeholders. The role works in conjunction with arena staff, academic advising, admissions, sports information, and other athletic department staff daily.

Responsibilities

Assist coaching staff with recruiting, scheduling, and event planning.

Coordinate video production and editing for the team.

Support marketing and recruitment efforts on campus.

Act as a liaison between alumni, boosters, students, academics, and community organizations.

Collaborate with arena staff, academic advising, admissions, sports information, and other departmental staff.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Required Experience: Equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience working in or playing hockey.

Compensation

$44,000 - $50,000 annually.
