We’re hiring an all‑star sales manager to lead our team and help us hit our sales goals. You’ll cultivate and motivate your team, identify targets and goals, and evaluate sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, a team player, and loves taking on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals

Keep the company growing by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs

Build and foster strong customer relationships and handle complaints to ensure their needs are met and keep their business

Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals

Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement

Run pre‑set, confirmed in‑home appointments with South Florida homeowners

Present and close high‑end impact window and door products

Maintain a strong personal closing rate (39%+) expected

Participate in recruiting and onboarding future sales consultants

Qualifications

Proven closer with a strong track record in in‑home sales

Ability to present high‑end products and ask for the sale

Natural trainer and motivator who leads by example

Self‑starter comfortable in a growing, business‑minded environment

Home improvement or windows/doors experience a strong plus

Compensation
Compensation: $100,000 – $155,000 per year
