Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a profitable book of personal lines business targeting high-net-worth and complex risk clients.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic networking.
  • Advise clients on comprehensive personal insurance programs including homeowners, auto, umbrella, valuables, and specialty coverages.
  • Partner with internal service teams to deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience.
  • Leverage carrier relationships to structure competitive, customized coverage solutions.
  • Maintain and deepen long‑term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and strategies for market expansion.

Must‑Have Skills

  • 5–10+ years of proven personal lines insurance production experience.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain referral partnerships with wealth advisors, real estate professionals, and attorneys.
  • Demonstrated consultative, relationship‑driven sales approach.
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset focused on long‑term client value.
  • Proven success operating in fast‑paced, client‑centric environments.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Experience working directly with high-net-worth or complex personal lines clients.
  • Established reputation within affluent markets or specialized risk segments.
